Choosing Abigail at Peoples Mortgage as our lender was the best decision we could have made! My husband and I were looking for a lender to buy our first home and having issues finding someone who was responsive and helpful. That all changed when we had the pleasure of working with Abigail! She was able to qualify us for more than what other lenders told us and in a VERY quick timeframe (just a couple of days to get our pre-approval letter)! Abby has all her loans underwriter pre-approved, so you don’t have to deal with any headaches of underwriting not wanting to approve your loan when it comes time to close. This made the process so much easier and less stressful for my husband and I. We could confidently look at homes we knew we would qualify for and had the additional negotiating leverage of having an underwriter approved pre-approval letter! Everything worked out in our favor and we are blessed to be in our perfect little starter nest just two months after initially starting the process with Abigail! We could not be happier.
